Yala Peak Climbing

Yala Peak is one of the Nepal's easier and non-technical trekking peak lies in Langtang Region, in the north of Katmandu. Prior climbing experience is not required though, previous outdoor experience and average level of fitness is recommended. From Katmandu we drive to Syabru Bensi then walking through the dense forest and traditional ethnic settlements we reach the wonderful base camp of Yala peak, where the views of Lantang Lirung (7246m), Lenpo Gang (7083m), Dorje Lakpa (6990m) and mighty Shishapangma (8027m) in Tibetan side are stunning.

Yala Peak Climbing Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport, meet our staff then transfers to Hotel.
Day 02: Kathmandu Half Day sightseeing/Afternoon free.
Day 03: Kathmandu – Drive to Syabrubensi. O/N.
Day 04: Syabrubensi – Lama Hotel 2380m. O/N.
Day 05: Lama Hotel – Langtang Village 3500m. O/N.
Day 06: Langtang rest for the acclimatization or observation. O/N.
Day 07: Langtang – Kyangjing Gompa 3700m. O/N.
Day 08: Kyangjing Gompa rest and Explore. O/N.
Day 09: Kyangjing Gompa – Langshisa Kharka, Yala High Camp. O/N.
Day 10: Yala High Camp Climbing period. O/N.
Day 11: Yala Peak 5500m. Summit then back to camp. O/N.
Day 12: High camp – Langtang village. O/N.
Day 13: Langtang village – Lama Hotel. O/N.
Day 14: Lama Hotel – Syabrubensi O/N.
Day 15: Syabrubensi Drive back to Kathmandu .
Day 16: Free in Kathmandu.
Day 17: Transfers to airport for your final departure.

Service Cost Includes:

  1. Yala Peak Climbing permit
  2. 3 night hotel in Kathmandu
  3. An Experience head Guide/ porter.
  4. Trained Cook and Kitchen boy
  5. Required number of porters
  6. All camping gears
  7. All meals quality and hygienic
  8. All hot drinks
  9. Available high food
  10. All necessary Climbing hardware gears including Climbing ropes.
  11. Oxygen with mask and regulator for emergency/medical purpose.
  12. Insurance of all local team members

Service Cost excludes:

  1. Medical/personal high risk insurance (suggest have rescue coverage policy as well)
  2. International airfares and departure tax.
