This trek offers superb Himalayan scenery including the Mount Everest, Mt. Makalu, Mt.Lhotse, Mt.Nuptse ,Mt. Amadablam, Mt.Thamserku etc, more than 625 species of birds and over 750 species of butterflies, shelter of the rare and endangered Panda. Orchids and other flowers along a faint jungle trail, swirl prayer flags at Shipton La. walking through this picturesque Sherpa village are the attraction of the Arun valley region. Trekking in Arun valley provides an alternative approach to the Khumbu region trekking Walking north up the Arun River to Sedua and Num, then crossing Barun La 4110m.into the upper Barun khola valley for a close look at Makalu. Which provides some outstanding mountain views, Commencing with a flight to Tumlingtar to the East of Everest, the first week is spent trekking through virgin territory into the Solu Khumbu region before a push up on the main Everest trail to Kala Pattar for tremendous close ups of Everest, Nuptse and Lhotse along with many others before a journey back to Lukla and a flight to Kathmandu or trekkers can back Kathmandu through jiri. Day 01: Arrival to Kathmandu. A representative will meet you and transfer you to your hotel
Day 02: Trek preparation and sightseeing day in Kathmandu.
Day 03: After breakfast, fly to Tumlingtar.
Day 04: Trek to Chyawabesi (280m).
Day 05: Trek to Kothe.
Day 06: Trek to Salpa Phedi (1680m).
Day 07: Trek to Sanam (2850m) via Guranse (2880m).
Day 08: Trek to Bung. (1900m)
Day 09: Trek to Gai kharka (2300m).
Day 10: Trek to Pinyan (2830m).
Day 11: Trek to Phakding (2830m).
Day 12: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3444m).
Day 13: Namche Bazaar Rest and Acclimatization.
Day 14: Trek to Tengboche Monastery (3875m).
Day 15: Trek to Pheriche (4240 m).
Day 16: Trek to Lobuje (4930m).
Day 17: Trek to Kala Pattar (5540m) Lobuje (4930m).
Day 18: Trek to Tengboche Monastery (3875m).
Day 19: Trek to Khumjung (3779m).
